Attorney William A. Kendall
William A. Kendall obtained his license to practice law in Texas in May 1998. Mr. Kendall received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Kendall worked for two years as an international lawyer in Buenos Aires, Argentina at two of the most prestigious law firms in Argentina. Mr. Kendall's practice focused on matters of international business, including capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. After honing his ability to practice law in Spanish, Mr. Kendall returned to Texas to open his own law practice.
Upon returning to the United States, Mr. Kendall has represented individuals and businesses throughout the state of Texas in both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Kendall's practice focuses primarily in the fields of property insurance claims, business and commercial litigation, criminal defense and consumer fraud.
Relying on more than a decade of legal experience in the United States and abroad, Mr. Kendall has gained valuable insight into the needs of Texas clients as well as clients living outside of Texas and the United States who have business or commercial disputes within the State of Texas. He passionately defends his clients' rights and works diligently to seek optimal results for each client.
